No analytics, no advertising, nothing that follows you around. Two things touch your browser, and one of them belongs to Google.
This site sets no cookies of its own
No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no session cookie. Nothing on this site follows you from page to page, and nothing about your visit reaches us unless you fill in a form and press send.
If we ever add a way of measuring how the site is used, it will run only if you said yes to it in the bar at the bottom of the screen. That is what the bar is for. Today there is nothing behind it.
Two things stored on your device
- Cup size
- When you pick a cup size on the menu, your browser remembers it so the prices you see are the ones you care about. It never reaches us.
- Your answer here
- Your choice about measurement, so we stop asking on every page. Also stored on your device only.
Neither is a cookie in the strict sense — nothing is sent to a server with your requests. Clearing your browser data removes both.
The map on our contact page
The map on our contact page is Google Maps, embedded the way most cafés embed it. It loads with that page, and when it does, Google can set cookies on your device and see your IP address. That part is Google's business, not ours — their terms are at policies.google.com/privacy.
Straight answer
Saying Only what's needed in our bar does not stop Google's map — it stops us measuring anything. If you would rather Google's map never loaded, don't open the contact page, or block third-party cookies in your browser. Everything the map shows is also on that page as text: the address, the directions and a link that opens Google Maps in a new tab only when you click it.
Our host
Cloudflare serves this site and may set a cookie strictly to keep it secure and available. There is no way to opt out of that and still be served the page — it is part of what keeps the site online.
Links out
Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps links take you off our site. From that click on, their rules apply, not ours.
Change your mind
Whatever you chose, you can change it here. It takes effect on this device straight away.
These buttons need JavaScript. Without it there is nothing to switch off — the site loads no measurement of any kind.
